 Compensation:
 
 The annual budgeted salary for this position is $50,000 - 60,000. Offers are made within this range and are based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to the creative team, executing design work across multiple platforms and helping bring the Blackhawks brand to life. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in design fundamentals and experience creating work for brands or entertainment properties, with sports experience being a plus. You understand how to translate creative direction into polished executions that resonate with audiences. Working closely with the Manager of Art Direction and the broader creative and content team, you'll help maintain brand consistency while growing your skills and contributing fresh ideas.
 
 
 
 Collaboration
 
 
 
 Daily collaboration with the Content &amp; Creative team, and regular collaboration with Brand, Communications, Content and Experiences, along with other internal stakeholders.
 
 
 
 How You'll Contribute

 Execute high-quality design work across all platforms and materials under the direction of Art Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the creation and implementation of seasonal style guidelines and campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Design assets for all Blackhawks-owned channels, including web, email, social media, print, and in-venue materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to support projects that engage fans and promote the Blackhawks brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology, and bring fresh perspectives to the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with photo shoots and special events, providing design support on location and in-studio as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Art Director with logo usage approvals and brand standards compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to team brainstorms and creative development sessions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Player Stats And Qualifications

 3-5 years of relevant experience in a design role for an entertainment brand, creative agency, sports team/league, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Portfolio: You demonstrate solid design fundamentals, versatility across mediums, and an ability to execute creative concepts with polish and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Skills: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have working knowledge of design tools and best practices across digital and print
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative Spirit: You work well with others, take direction effectively, and contribute positively to team dynamics
 </li>
 <li>
 Executional Excellence: You understand the importance of craft and can deliver high-quality work that meets brand standards and project requirements
 </li>
