Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency Drywall, Paint, Tile, Doors &amp; Windows, Carpentry, Flooring, and Communication.This is a service call position in high end homes. Customer service and interpersonal skills required. Some jobs will be 2-3 hours, some jobs will be 2-3 days.Must have vehicle and tools and ability to document your work.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.</li><li>Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.</li><li>Install, repair, or replace fixtures such as faucets, light fixtures, and cabinetry.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in general maintenance.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.</li><li>A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance work is preferred.
