About this Position: Manager
Managers are the senior level of leadership within Chick-fil-A. As a Manager you are the person in charge of the daily operations of Chick-fil-A. You are responsible for leading a team of other leaders and team members who will ensure our guests receive the quality food and industry leading customer service that has come to be synonymous with the Chick-fil-A brand. Jon started his Chick-fil-A journey at the age of 16 as a team member. He wanted to get a job to help his family financially, so on his 16th birthday he went to Chick-fil-A and applied for a team member position. He worked for Chick-fil-A all during high school and when he graduated he worked full time to pay for college. When he graduated college he felt that Chick-fil-A would fulfill his purpose of being an entrepreneur and being able to impact people's lives with a positive influence and give back to his community.</div>
