Chicken Salad Chick

<div>The Company Marketing Manager is responsible for driving traffic, sales, and guest engagement within company-owned restaurants by bringing the brand to life at the local level. This role ensures excellence in in-restaurant marketing execution, local store marketing (LSM), and community engagement&mdash;translating national campaigns into impactful, in-market experiences.

As a key partner to Operations, this individual works hand-in-hand with General Managers and field leaders to elevate the in-restaurant experience, increase frequency, and build strong community connections that drive sustainable growth. 


Key Responsibilities

In-Restaurant Marketing Execution
<ul>
<li>Ensure flawless execution of national and regional marketing campaigns across company-owned restaurants</li>
<li>Own in-store merchandising, signage, and point-of-purchase materials to maximize guest impact</li>
<li>Partner with Operations to maintain brand standards and consistency across all guest touchpoints</li>
</ul>
Traffic &amp; Sales Driving Initiatives
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute local marketing programs to drive dine-in traffic and increase guest frequency</li>
<li>Identify daypart, day-of-week, and seasonal opportunities to boost on-site sales</li>
<li>Test and scale localized promotions and activations that deliver measurable results</li>
</ul>
Community Engagement &amp; Brand Building
<ul>
<li>Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations</li>
<li>Plan and execute events, fundraisers, and grassroots marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Position the restaurant as a meaningful part of the local community</li></ul> 


Operator Partnership &amp; Field Support
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary marketing partner to General Managers and Area Directors for company-owned locations</li>
<li>Provide training, tools, and guidance to improve local marketing effectiveness</li>
<li>Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, identify opportunities, and coach teams</li>
</ul>
Guest Experience Enhancement
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Operations to elevate the in-restaurant experience, ensuring it reflects the brand promise</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve ambiance, engagement, and overall guest satisfaction</li>
<li>Support initiatives that drive loyalty and repeat visits</li>
</ul>
Performance Analytics &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Analyze traffic, sales trends, and campaign performance at the market and store level</li>
<li>Identify best practices and replicate success across company-owned restaurants</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Operations leadership</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>4&ndash;7+ years of marketing experience in fast casual, QSR, retail, or multi-unit environments</li>
<li>Strong experience with local store marketing and in-store campaign execution</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Operations teams</li>
<li>Experience supporting company-owned restaurant environments preferred</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Willingness to travel (25&ndash;40%)</li></ul></div>
