 Front Desk Agent
 
 , you're the heart of our guest experience. You'll be the first friendly face to welcome guests, ensuring they feel at home from check-in to check-out. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a guest-focused, team-oriented environment and enjoys making every stay special.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer calls and assist guests with bookings, inquiries, and special requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide concierge services&mdash;recommend local attractions, book activities, and help guests make the most of their stay.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold Chico&rsquo;s legacy of outstanding hospitality!

 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A positive, service-first attitude and great communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills (experience with Opera is a plus!).
 </li>
 <li>
 First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with the use of both hands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work both sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
