Requirements:
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

<li>Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting your employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!</li>
<li>Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.</li>
<li>Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.</li>
<li>Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.</li>
