<div><div><b>GENERAL DESCRIPTION:</b></div><ul><li>
The Marketing &amp; Development Coordinator collaborates with the Marketing &amp; Development Teams to support marketing efforts, stewardship activities, community outreach, events and fund development.</li><li>
Duties entail administrative and project-based functions including graphic design, photography, donor and organization event logistics and participation, scheduling, coordinating and executing organizational campaigns and annual appeal campaigns, processing information requests, maintaining team-based databases and department based email, preparing reports as needed, sponsorship cultivation and community outreach.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
Helps to develop and execute an annual Marketing plan, in collaboration with the Marketing &amp; Development team with target goals, objectives, timelines and outcomes.</li><li>
Provides ongoing administrative support including preparing and editing graphics, presentations, correspondence and other documents.</li><li>
Captures events and testimonials through digital media.</li><li>
Helps to maintain and update internal and external database systems.</li><li>
Develop high-quality visual and written materials, including graphics, flyers, brochures, videos, pitch desks, and infographics to support both marketing &amp; funding opportunities.</li><li>
Schedules and coordinates meetings and event logistics including notification of attendees, securing facilities or preparing and hosting virtual platform, and ordering food and supplies.</li><li>
Presents marketing initiatives during new hire orientations and staff meetings.</li><li>
Monitors, responds to and distributes incoming communications from staff i.e. - marketing request forms, questions about marketing, web forms, intranet</li><li>
Develops and carries out an efficient documentation and filing system.</li><li>
Oversees Canva platform and design requests and approvals</li><li>
Interacts with internal staff at all levels in all locations in person and remotely.</li><li>
Assists Marketing with internal requests.</li><li>
Serves as a member of the marketing &amp; development team and supports marketing &amp; development initiatives.</li><li>
Works with PQI to gather information to tell the story of CFR&rsquo;s success.</li><li>
Maintains Sales Force database, processes internal Marketing Requests, coordinates and communicates to printer, and internal staff, and generates reports.</li><li>
Monitors, responds to and distributes incoming communications.</li><li>
Participates in creating new ideas to improve staff engagement and morale.</li><li>
Assists Marketing, Development with special projects as needed.</li><li>
Interacts with internal and external clients at all levels.</li><li>
Builds partnerships and cultivates relationships with stakeholders as needed.</li><li>
Attends outreach events, public meetings, conferences, and advocacy initiatives as needed, may require local or regional travel.</li><li>
Designs and implements outreach plans via events, public forums, tabling and stakeholder meetings to build awareness and organization involvement.</li><li>
Identify funding opportunities, sponsorship pitches, and donor-facing materials and manage acknowledgement communications and stewardship programs.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
REQUIREMENTS:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to write and speak in both English and Spanish.</li><li>
Two Years&rsquo; graphic design experience</li><li>
Two Years&rsquo; Adobe Creative Suite experience</li><li>
One Year Canva Experience</li><li>
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>
Two years relevant experience required.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Google Analytics certifications and/or experience</li><li>
SEO Writing experience</li><li>
Ability to problem solve, interpret instructions from diverse individuals, and recommend solutions.</li><li>
Photography and video capturing experience</li><li>
Must be available for all events, meetings and media opportunities in local and regional area as needed.</li><li>
Commitment to adhering to the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) standards and ethics.</li><li>
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and database management experience required. SalesForce experience a plus.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li><li>
Ability to support and implement department projects, policies, goals and objectives.</li><li>
Maintain a functional and safe home working space with adequate internet connection for the job.</li><li>
Comply with all agency and program policies and procedures including confidentiality, employee conduct, computer usage and dress code.</li><li>
Meet program/department&rsquo;s performance and productivity standards.</li><li>
Attend required agency and program/department meetings and activities.</li><li>
Adhere to the schedule agreed upon with the supervisor.</li><li>
Follow and model CFR&rsquo;s core values.</li><li>
Participate in PQI initiatives.</li><li>
Weekends and some evening work may be required.</li><li>
Must be eligible and able to obtain a Level one fingerprint card.</li><li>
Must have a valid Arizona driver&rsquo;s license, vehicle and meet agency liability insurance requirements.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:</b></div><ul><li>
Sitting for extended periods daily; standing and walking short distances.</li><li>
Moderate twisting, bending, stooping, and lifting in the performance of assigned duties.</li><li>
Ability to use a variety of office equipment and machines as referenced.</li><li>
Normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination required.</li><li>
