ChildFirst Services Inc. provides support and assistance for youth with disabilities and behavioral issues, ages 14 - 21 years old, to become independent through our Independent Living Program. The Residential Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for the youth in our care. The EOC manages staff, coordinates care plans, enforces policies, and serves as a role model while promoting youth&rsquo;s independence and well-being.SCHEDULEShift B: Wednesday 12pm - 6pm |Thursday- Saturday 6am-6pmShift C: Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am| Wednesday 6pm-12amPAYRATE: $60,000 per yearLOCATION: LAKE ARIEL Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate relationships with youth, visitors, families, team members, staff and neighbors by responding to inquiries with tact and sensitivity</li><li>Participates in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan (ISP)</li><li>Assist the youth with their daily living skills, personal care, education, meal preparation, shopping, social and recreational activities, medical appointments, community life and associated transportation services as necessary</li><li>Responsible for the overall, day-to-day operation of the program, assuring that all youth, staff, and facility/vehicle issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner</li><li>Complete files and maintain all required documentation daily</li><li>Conduct fire drills at least monthly and complete necessary documentation</li><li>Follow all the organization&rsquo;s policies and procedures</li><li>Respond in accordance with agency policies and procedures for handling emergency situations</li><li>Attend all daily meetings and professional development sessions</li><li>Maintain required certifications in compliance with the State 3800 Regulations</li><li>Maintain residence, vehicle, and equipment in a safe, functional, and secure manner conductive to the youth&rsquo;s physical well-being</li><li>Assure the overall safety of the youth by maintaining a hazard-free environment and avoiding potentially dangerous situations</li><li>Provide leadership, supervision and direction to youth.</li><li>Conduct weekly supervision with staff</li><li>Ensure policy and procedure compliance with all employees in your charge</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with individuals in a residential, behavioral health to social services setting.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple responsibilities effectively.</li><li>Ability to supervise, mentor, and support staff while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.</li><li>Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.</li></ul>ChildFirst Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmation Action employer.
