Not only that, Children's Autism Center offers a ton of promotional opportunities!What you'll do as an RBT:<ul><li>Provide one-on-one support to children and young adults with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).</li><li>Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement personalized therapy plans.</li><li>Track and document each child's progress through individual therapy programs.</li><li>Complete daily progress notes as part of the intervention plan.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, staff, and the community.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:This job involves being on your feet and active, including running after eloping clients, getting up and down from the ground quickly and frequently, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
