Job Summary We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic pediatric dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pediatric dental practice. Dental assistant position involves assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Front desk position involves greeting patients, handling insurance eligibility, coverage and payments, scheduling and collection of payments.Responsibilities for Dental Assistant<ul><li>Assist the dentist during various pediatric dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials.</li><li>Utilize advanced radiographic technology to capture accurate dental radiographs</li><li>Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.</li><li>Perform basic administrative tasks including medical coding and updating patient records in Dentrix.</li><li>Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support.</li></ul>Responsibilities for Front Desk<ul><li>Welcome patients, check them in/out, answer phones calls and emails</li><li>Scheduling, confirming and rescheduling</li><li>Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits, submit insurance claims</li><li>Explain treatment plan and payment options</li><li>Collect and record co-pays and balances</li><li>Perform basic administrative tasks including medical coding and updating patient records in Dentrix</li><li>Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience and/or familiarity in a dental clinic setting but not a requirement</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.</li><li>A commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>On the job training will be provided, willingness learning new techniques a mus.</li></ul>Join our team and contribute to creating a positive experience for our pediatric patients while advancing your career in the dental field!Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Dependent health insurance coverage</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid orientation</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Prescription drug insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Wellness program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work in our Kunia office?
