Responsibilities include providing chairside assistance to the doctor and hygienists for various dental procedures, taking x-rays, performing dental cleanings, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and work areas, helping the front desk team as necessary, and, most importantly, making patients and their parents feel nurtured by providing exceptional customer service.Our office is conveniently located in Oakton (at the heart of Fairfax County). We offer generous PTO, 401(k) benefits, uniforms, and a stipend toward health care costs. What really sets us apart from other practices is that we understand that you have a life outside of work and have scheduled our office hours to help our team meet their other commitments, such as family time, appointments, and college classes. We are looking for someone who loves kids, has a great attitude, is willing to work hard and learn, and is a team player.
