We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized <b>Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator</b> to join our Finance team and play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of programs that support thousands of families each year</p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></h4><p>
As our Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing billing processes, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely reimbursement from a variety of funding sources. You'll work closely with program staff, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records and resolve billing issues.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Prepare and submit invoices and billing to public and private payers.</li><li>
Research and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and outstanding receivables.</li><li>
Accurately enter billing and accounts receivable data into financial systems.</li><li>
Record, reconcile, and track payments.</li><li>
Generate monthly reports on productivity and services provided.</li><li>
Collaborate with program managers and leadership to address billing concerns and data discrepancies.</li><li>
Communicate with insurance providers regarding claim status, appeals, and reimbursements.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.</li><li>
Support team operations by serving as a backup to other billing staff when needed.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
 What You Bring:</b></h4><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.</li><li>
Previous third-party billing experience preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.</li></ul><p>
