Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Toddler Teacher Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture and support the development of our youngest learners. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for toddlers. Your positive energy and caring nature will foster a love of learning, promote social-emotional growth, and ensure each child's individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Scholarship opportunities available for college opportunities and childcare assistance available for employees.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts.</li><li>Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to toddler exploration and learning.</li><li>Engage with children through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity.</li><li>Help monitor children&rsquo;s health and safety by observing behavior, administering basic first aid when necessary, and following all safety protocols.</li><li>Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, sharing, and emotional regulation among toddlers.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively about each child's progress, needs, and any concerns related to disabilities or special education requirements.</li><li>Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks to support overall well-being.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar environments is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage classroom activities while maintaining patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members effectively.</li><li>A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth during critical developmental stages.
