 Roles And Responsibilities

 Develop and follow age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the children's developmental milestones and maintain detailed records of their progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, and rest periods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Always ensure the safety of the children by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child's development and any concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and cooperative working environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and utilize educational materials to stimulate the children's senses and promote learning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize activities that encourage the children to explore their surroundings and develop their motor skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay abreast of the latest developments in early childhood education and care.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 year's experience working with preschool children.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandated Reporter certification
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR and First Aid certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Patience and a genuine love for working with young children.

 Compensation And Benefits

 Health Insurance with Children's Land covering 25% of monthly premiums for full time employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Paid Leave: 40 hours of paid leave per 12-month period.
 </li>
 <li>
 Paid Vacation Days: 5 days per year after completing 1 year of employment, increasing by 2 days after 5 years
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 and by 3 days after 10 years.

 Holiday Pay: 6 annual national holidays observed and compensated.

 Compensation Review and Bonuses: annual assessments and pay increases following performance evaluations.
