This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records</li><li>Support office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and providing helpful information</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks</li><li>Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills</li></ul>Join our team as a Front Desk Staff member where your positive attitude and proactive approach will make a meaningful impact every day!
