Key Responsibilities:</b></h4><ul><li>
Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.</li><li>
Manage table assignments efficiently, balancing guest preferences and server rotation.</li><li>
Provide menus and introduce guests to their server upon seating.</li><li>
Maintain an organized waitlist, communicate estimated wait times, and notify guests when their table is ready.</li><li>
Assist with reservations and inquiries over the phone and in person.</li></ul><p>
Support smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with servers, kitchen staff, and management.</p>
<ul><li>
Monitor dining and restroom areas for cleanliness and readiness.</li><li>
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide information on specials and features.</li><li>
Process togo orders and handle payments when necessary.</li><li>
Uphold Childress Vineyards' high standards of hospitality and service.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></h4><ul><li>
A positive and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills</li><li>
Prior hosting or customer service experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Weekend, holiday, and occasional evening availability required</li><li>
Must pass a background check and drug screening</li></ul><p>
