 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile and highly skilled Visual Designer to join our Creative In-House team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll contribute to a wide variety of brand initiatives&mdash;spanning digital, social, OOH, partnerships, and even TV. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and deliver innovative, high-impact design work. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a pulse on social media trends, and is eager to elevate our brand through bold, strategic design.
 
 
 The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680 and up to $152,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

 Lead concept development and storytelling from pitch to polished final product

 Bring motion and energy to our assets using tools like After Effects
 </li>

 Stay plugged into social trends and create content that&rsquo;s both timely and brand-aligned

 Work fast without sacrificing craft&mdash;balancing experimentation with precision

 Embrace AI innovations across all workstreams to improve quality and output of work
