<p>
The Marketing Manager is a key strategic partner responsible for promoting the Chinese Community Center&rsquo;s (CCC) mission, programs, and events to the community, partners, and funders. This role oversees all marketing efforts&mdash;including digital, print, social media, and media relations&mdash;and ensures consistent brand representation across all platforms. The Marketing Manager will also provide creative support for events, outreach campaigns, and cultural programs, driving community engagement and visibility.</p>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design platforms.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in photography, videography, and content creation.</li></ul><br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h3>
<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in the Marketing sector.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Highly detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEO, Google Business, and analytics tools.</li></ul><br>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that advance CCC&rsquo;s mission, programs, events, and fundraising initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels, including print, digital, and social media.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain CCC&rsquo;s website, social media platforms, and digital presence to ensure timely and engaging promotion of programs, events, career opportunities, and volunteer involvement.</li>
<li>Create and design marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, videos, and digital content to effectively communicate CCC&rsquo;s impact and opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics and promotional efforts for major organizational events and campaigns.</li>
<li>Build and sustain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for CCC programs, events, and community partnerships.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies based on performance insights.</li>
<li>Serve as CCC&rsquo;s spokesperson for media inquiries and public communications to enhance the organization&rsquo;s visibility and reputation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Program Department to promote CCC&rsquo;s programs, services, and community impact.</li>
<li>Partner with the Fund Development Department to support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and special events that drive awareness and contributions.</li>
<li>Support community outreach, cultural initiatives, and collaborative partnerships that align with CCC&rsquo;s mission and strengthen its role as a community hub.</li>
<li>Optimize CCC&rsquo;s online presence, including managing Google Business listings, online reviews, and digital directories.</li>
<li>Identify and cultivate new community and corporate partnerships to expand CCC&rsquo;s visibility, engagement, and support base.</li></ul><br>

JOB COMPETENCIES:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Strong research skills with the ability to leverage academic, government, and news sources to support marketing campaigns and grant proposals.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail in proofreading, content creation, and project execution.</li>
<li>Strong time and project management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams, volunteers, and community partners.</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills for both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.</li></ul><br>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Sitting: Must be able to sit at desk to type, make calls, etc.</li>
<li>Lifting: Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and infrequently, 20 lbs.</li></ul><br>

WORK ENVIRONMENT:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Job duties will be conducted primarily at the office.</li>
<li>Occasional travel within Greater Houston to attend grant information sessions and other events.</li></ul><br>

</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>WORKING CONDITIONS:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Work hours are Monday&ndash;Friday, 9:00 a.m.&ndash;5:30 p.m.</li>
<li>This position requires working after hours and on weekends for special events and urgent projects.</li></ul><br>

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:</b></h3>
