 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Assisting in the architecture, strategic configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules and applications to align with organizational goals, ensuring scalable and future-proof implementations. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, delivering strategic insights, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency around platform initiatives, risks, and deliverables. (5%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Helping automate initiatives by evaluating enterprise workflows, leveraging orchestration, scripting, and workflow capabilities within ServiceNow. (6%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by developing workflows and integrations that drive efficiency. (5%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Building reports that empower leadership with actionable insights, predictive trends, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. (5%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identifying business opportunities and supporting cross-functional initiatives to implement refined, value-driven processes aligned with organizational strategy. (3%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Consulting on infrastructure architecture and capacity planning, ensuring platform scalability, resilience, and integration alignment with enterprise IT standards and business growth. (3%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Apex programming language, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs to develop customized solutions within the ServiceCloud platform. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Building customizations for Salesforce Service Cloud Console, optimizing agent workflows, and enhancing their productivity through automation and visualization tools. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing integrations between ServiceCloud and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, or ticketing platforms. This involves utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and understanding data exchange protocols. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with vendors and service providers related to ServiceNow, including managing integrations, and resolving vendor-related issues. (5%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring ServiceNow performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing measures to optimize performance, such as database tuning, code optimization, and capacity planning. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide scripting to build complex customizations, workflows, integrations, and applications within the ServiceNow platform. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing and developing robust APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems, including cloud services, databases, and third-party applications. This involves understanding RESTful API principles, authentication mechanisms, and data exchange formats. (7%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading the design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow, synchronization, and error handling. (9%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the ServiceNow ecosystem. (5%)
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing ServiceNow &amp; Salesforce upgrades and patches, coordinating testing, and ensuring seamless transition to new versions. (5%)

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring To The Table
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Must have a Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and either the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have 2+ years&rsquo; experience administering, developing, architecting, and supporting ServiceNow or Salesforce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must include experience designing enterprise level account-contact relationships, integrating ServiceNow or Salesforce into 3rd party tools such as chat, loyalty platforms, and omni channel; leveraging existing API's with data management systems such as Data warehouse/Snowflake/ServiceNow; and creating automations utilizing process builder and flow.

 Pay Transparency
 
 
 
 A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $101,899 -$110,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.  THE OPPORTUNITY
 
 
 
 As Analyst, People Compliance, you will be responsible for driving compliance with various employment laws and regulations, including Fair Workweek practices, meal and rest laws, minor scheduling rules and state-specific pay rules. You will analyze and apply federal, state, and local laws to ensure compliance. You will develop and implement personnel policies and best practices company-wide to ensure compliance. You will also integrate and analyze complex data sets from multiple systems, including performance reports, compliance risks, and audits, in order to provide accurate advice to our operations partners on corrective actions to maintain a compliant workplace.
 
 
 This role will involve independent decision-making and policy and practice creation and implementation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HR and compliance data, creating and maintaining compliance reports, dashboards and presentations that are provided and presented along with recommendations for corrective actions in an effective way that will drive informed decision-making at all levels.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and analyze applicable federal, state, and local laws to ensure compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop best practices and policies to ensure compliance with Fair Workweek laws, meal and rest laws, minor scheduling rules and state-specific pay rules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and advise HR and operations partners regarding related best practices and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Access, extract, and interpret data from multiple sources and tools. Using data mining techniques, create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for various stakeholders in support of employment compliance initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain internal and external dashboard metrics representing compliance with Good Faith Estimates/Regular Schedules, Access to Hours, employee attestation responses, and various pay spends by type, providing interpretive analysis to guide important HR decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Synthesize and maintain the accuracy of large, complex data sets from multiple systems ( e.g., employee schedules, time clock punches, employee attestations, and meal and rest breaks) and apply legal and policy interpretations to determine compliance status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct independent audits, create and maintain weekly, pay-period, monthly, quarterly and yearly trend analysis for compliance-related metrics to identify patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and deliver strategic compliance reports and presentations, design visual representations of key metrics for leadership and internal partners to aid in training and education.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and audit premium payments during bi-weekly payroll to ensure eligibility and accuracy. Conduct regular audits of miscellaneous compliance processes and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify process improvements to improve reporting effectiveness and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate managers and employees on compliance policies and procedures and provide counsel as to recommend solutions that improve execution and compliance of scheduling-related laws. Translate complex regulations into practical guidance, and advise on high-impact HR decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify areas for improvement and lead cross-functional projects based on recommended changes. Assist team with other large projects, as needed.

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring To The Table
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 &ndash; 4 years of experience in Reporting/Auditing, Employment Compliance, or Human Resources required. Restaurant and/or retail experience highly desired.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excel experience to include functions and formulas with the ability to create new reporting. Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, or other applications required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of employee scheduling and timekeeping systems required. Experience with Kronos, Workday and ServiceNow (or other case management software) preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have the ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 PAY TRANSPARENCY
 
 
 
 A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $50,000.00&ndash;$63,500.00.
