Freight Broker &ndash; Job DescriptionPosition Title: Freight Broker Reports To: Operations Manager Location: Kandaghat Employment Type: Full-timePosition SummaryThe Freight Broker is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods for shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, managing transportation logistics, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end freight process. This role requires strong communication, relationship building, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation experience (preferred).</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads and relationships simultaneously.</li><li>Experience with TMS software and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.</li></ul>Performance Metrics (KPIs)<ul><li>Monthly load volume</li><li>Gross profit per load / margin</li><li>Carrier and customer satisfaction</li><li>On-time pickup and delivery rates</li><li>New customer acquisition</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.</li><li>Requires consistent communication via phone, email, and software tools.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base salary.</li><li>Commission structure</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
