Raw Material &amp; Inventory Executive (Paper Reels)Department: Inventory ManagementLocation: D-41, SITE,Super Highway, Phase 1, Karachi, PKReporting To: Factory Manager / Operations HeadJob Summary:The Raw Material &amp; Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing the complete record and movement of paper reels and other inventory used in carton production across all three manufacturing units. The role includes inwarding new reels, inter-factory transfers, usage tracking, and maintaining digital records to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting of inventory data.Key Responsibilities:1. Paper Reel Management<ul><li>Record and verify all incoming paper reels from suppliers upon arrival.</li><li>Prepare and issue gate passes for reels transferred between warehouses or factories.</li><li>Ensure each reel is tagged, logged, and entered in the software system with accurate grammage, width, and reel number.</li><li>Monitor reel consumption at production floors and update usage data daily.</li></ul>2. Software Entry &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Enter all inward, transfer, and consumption data into the inventory management software.</li><li>Maintain real-time digital records of all raw material stock levels.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and traceability for each reel (batch-wise, supplier-wise).</li></ul>3. Inter-factory Coordination<ul><li>Manage and track movement of reels between three factory locations.</li><li>Reconcile stock balances between units weekly and report discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for every reel transfer (inward/outward slips, GRNs, delivery notes, etc.).</li></ul>4. Monthly Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly stock and consumption reports for paper reels and other materials.</li><li>Highlight slow-moving, excess, or missing reels.</li><li>Support management in monthly cost and wastage analysis.</li></ul>5. General Inventory Management<ul><li>Assist in tracking other consumables (glue, stitching wire, tape, etc.) used in production.</li><li>Maintain minimum stock levels and alert procurement for replenishment when needed.</li><li>Support physical stock audits and ensure data reconciliation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.</li><li>Basic understanding of corrugated paper grades, grammage, and reel specifications.</li><li>Accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling inventory.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills with factory and accounts teams.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports</li><li>Assist in budgeting and variance analysis</li><li>Highlight cost inefficiencies and suggest improvements</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>ACCA / CA (Inter) / ICMA (Part-qualified) preferred</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing or trading)</li><li>Experience with inventory and cost accounting will be an advantage</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
