We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and produce stunning visual content that drives results.Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and proficient Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in digital design. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets for our clients' social media channels, websites, and other digital marketing campaigns. A flair for motion graphics and video editing will be a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visual Content Creation: Design and produce a variety of high-quality digital assets, including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), stories, carousels, banners, infographics, email templates, and website graphics.</li><li>Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the respective client's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, colour palette, and overall visual identity.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager and content team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative campaigns from start to finish.</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Video &amp; Motion Graphics (Added Advantage): Conceptualize, edit, and produce short-form videos, animated GIFs, and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and industry best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar setting.</li><li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise in digital and social media design.</li><li>Working knowledge of CorelDRAW is a strong plus.</li><li>Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora) is a significant added advantage.</li><li>A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.</li></ul>If you are a creative individual who is passionate about design and digital media, we would love to see your portfolio.
