The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and promote CHO Bee Labs' courses and services. This role involves a mix of digital and traditional marketing activities, content creation, and engagement with prospective students.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Marketing Strategy Implementation:</li><li>Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to achieve enrollment targets and brand objectives.</li><li>Implement online and offline marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.</li></ul>Digital Marketing:<ul><li>Manage and optimize the institute's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).</li><li>Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social media and other digital channels.</li><li>Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles is a plus.</li></ul>Content Creation:<ul><li>Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.</li><li>Coordinate with the culinary team to capture high-quality photos and videos of classes and student work.</li></ul>Lead Generation and Management:<ul><li>Support lead generation efforts through online and offline activities.</li><li>Follow up on inquiries from prospective students.</li><li>Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information.</li></ul>Market Research and Analysis:<ul><li>Conduct basic market research to understand competitor activities and identify trends in culinary education.</li><li>Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports.</li></ul>Event Support:<ul><li>Assist in the planning and execution of open houses, workshops, and other promotional events.</li></ul>Brand Management:<ul><li>Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the CHO Bee Labs brand identity.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or hospitality sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Creativity and an eye for visual content.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
