Social Media CoordinatorChocolate Bash | Full-TimeChocolate Bash is looking for a Social Media &amp; Content Coordinator who knows how to create clean, brand-forward, viral content while staying organized behind the scenes.This is a content-first role, with a strong focus on short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online, while supporting community engagement, influencer collaborations, and paid social efforts.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create high-quality, on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts</li><li>Film and edit short-form videos that are trend-forward and optimized for performance</li><li>Manage and engage with our social communities (comments, DMs, audience interaction)</li><li>Plan and execute engaging Instagram Stories and daily social updates</li><li>Host and manage live content during grand openings and key events</li><li>Support influencer partnerships, outreach, and collaborations</li><li>Assist with Meta Ads campaigns, including execution and basic reporting</li><li>Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities</li><li>Manage content calendars and keep assets organized across platforms and internal systems</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li><li>Strong content creation and video editing skills (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Ads (hands-on experience preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and internet culture</li><li>Comfortable being on camera, hosting live content, and working with influencers</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency</li></ul>Bonus If You Have<ul><li>Experience in food, lifestyle, or franchise brands</li><li>Experience working with influencers or creator campaigns</li><li>A strong personal or professional social media presence</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistent, high-quality content across all platforms</li><li>Growth in engagement and community interaction</li><li>Increased traffic and sales driven through social media and campaigns</li><li>Strong execution of content during store openings and key promotions</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>This role will require travel to store locations and event coverage for content creation</li><li>Must include a portfolio or examples of social media content (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts) with your application</li></ul>Why This RoleThis is a hands-on role with real creative ownership.
