<div>Job Purpose or Objective(s): Prepares and cooks menu items for sale and serves guests in a manner that ensures guests have a favorable dining experience. You will report to the F&amp;B General Manager/F&amp;B Manager. 
Primary Tasks:
<div><ul><li>Provide food service that meets SOP standards for ingredient quantity, quality, safety, and consistency. Maintain knowledge of all product offerings. Ensure fast service with all food prepared correctly and promptly.
</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare food items per menu and recipes mixing and measuring ingredients according to recipe, using variety of ingredients and kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles to obtain best results.
</li></ul><ul><li>Clean and sanitize work area and food preparation equipment; wash and dry dishes and other cooking utensils used in preparing food according to standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Greet customers always being pleasant and serve meals to guests using Guest Service Standards to achieve ultimate guest experience.
</li></ul><ul><li>Comply with food safety programs and behaviors to minimize employee and guest injury and illness including hand washing, sanitation, food handling/storage and time and temperature controls.
</li></ul><ul><li>Operate a cash register, receive payment for meals and issue change, and issue receipt or ticket to customer.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing, keep the floor area clean and free of debris.
</li></ul><ul><li>Re-stocking dining room tables, service stations, &amp; condiment stations following established standards.

Smashburger Host/Cashier PRN-On Call

<div>Pay Rate: $10.00 Hourly (Avg Tip Rate $8/hr)| On-Call, Per Required Need | Schedule will vary due to business needs.
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.
2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.
3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.
6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.
8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Cocktail Server

<div>Job Purpose or Objective(s): Greet restaurant patrons and answer phone calls. Assure patrons are seated promptly assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience. You will report to the Venue Manager. 
Primary Tasks:
<div><ul><li>You will ensure guest recognition by remembering names, faces, and information that makes each guest feel unique.
</li></ul><ul><li>Answer menu questions posed by patrons.
</li></ul><ul><li>Distribute the seating as equally as possible among all food servers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Receive cash from customers in payment for meals. Operate cash register. Make change and issues receipts or tickets to customer. Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand.
</li></ul><ul><li>You may pre-bus and full bus tables during peak periods.
</li></ul><ul><li>Promote current casino events and programs and give guests directions to all casino areas.
</li></ul><ul><li>Resolve minor guest complaints in a manner consistent with departmental philosophy.
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor dining room to make sure it is maintained, and floor is free of debris.
</li></ul><ul><li>Some venues may require the Host/Cashier to prepare sandwiches, coffee, pastries, and other menu items.

<div>Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Associate Experience Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of experiences, programs, events, and activities aimed at improving associate engagement, team collaboration, finding solutions to reduce turnover and overall job satisfaction across the Choctaw Nation workforce.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Primary Tasks:
<div><ul><li>Provide information, education, and upskill to all levels of people leaders to maximize the associate experience for the benefit of the tribe and the wellbeing of our associates.
</li></ul><ul><li>Partner across the organization to obtain feedback pertaining to the associate experience and provide descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analysis and recommendations for new actions and initiatives to address identified concerns and roadblocks. Develops timely and professional report outs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide ongoing support to all levels of leadership for engagement and experiences program optimization to include troubleshooting platform issues with vendors and responding to associate requests.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and documents key tactical communication toolkits to ensure pre-, day of and post- associate activities/events/programs messaging is provided to Senior leadership, people leaders and associates. Conducts after-action meetings to gather and analyze feedback from event participants, making data-driven improvements for future events.
</li></ul><ul><li>Research and develop recommendations for key tribal-wide and/or Human Resources experience initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables that meet business case needs. (e.g. Employer of Choice &ndash; Awards Strategy, Advising Interactions)
</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate organizational associate activities, events, and programs (e.g., Associate of the Quarter, Service Milestones, Achievers, Voice of Associate), updating of related records, procedures, and processes as assigned. Maintains inventory of materials and documents (plaques, certificates, d&eacute;cor).
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform other duties as may be assigned.
</li></ul><ul><li>Attend associate team meetings to learn more about associate engagement and retention efforts within the programs.
</li></ul></div>Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Human Resource Administration, or related field or 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
</li><li>Strong writing, public speaking, business analysis, project management and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Knowledge of associate engagement concepts
</li><li>Ability to travel to events.
</li><li>Copywriting and proofreading skills
</li><li>Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite to produce high quality reports.
</li><li>Two (2) years of related customer service experience in an advisory and/or consultant capacity</li></ul></div>
