Job Purpose or Goals: 
The primary responsibility for the Help Desk Specialist is to provide technical support with a customer first mindset by listening, building relationship, documenting requests, and attempting to remotely resolve request promptly. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and remotely resolving end-user help requests. You will report to the IT Support Supervisor.
Tasks:
1. You will respond to telephone calls, emails, and other Help Desk intake channels supporting the customer's technical issues and requests.
2. Document and monitor issues to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate trouble ticket entries in the ITSM tool.
3. Resolve technical problems.
4. Prioritize incoming customer requests and assess situations for appropriate response: seek clarification if work is not clear.
5. Apply IT principles, methods, and practices in the customer support area to resolve issues and requests.
6. Perform remote troubleshooting steps for common hardware and software systems, including laptops/desktops, basic network troubleshooting, a basic understanding of client/server environment, local and networked printers, monitors, mobile device support, and office phones.
7. You will field incoming requests from end-users by both telephone and all other Helpdesk intake methods.
8. You will document all important end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or request.
9. Troubleshoot Windows/MAC Operating Systems and Microsoft 0365 applications.
10. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent certifications related to IT fields.
Basic Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PC, servers, switches, and routers.
Basic knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10, Server 2016/2019
Absorb information quickly.
Have an excellent attitude, phone, written and verbal skills.
Have excellent skills, with a focus on building relationships and questioning skills.
Prioritize and complete tasks in work environment.
Education/Certification or relative work experience required.</div>

Helpdesk Specialist 1

<div><div>Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Fitness Counselor 1 builds relationships and provides support to members in fulfilling their fitness goals. You will ensure compliance with procedures and safe functioning of the Wellness Center. You will report to the Fitness Center Manager.

Primary Tasks:
<div><ul><li>You will greet members, provide guidance, and answer questions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Set up new members by entering data in the system, obtaining the required consent forms, activating access-card.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assist members with proper operation of exercise equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform and score risk-factor inventories as a means of evaluating health risks associated with exercise.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform fitness evaluations to develop personalized exercise programs based on members goals, health status, fitness level and age.
</li></ul><ul><li>You will complete general janitorial tasks including sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning equipment, lubricating equipment, cleaning bathroom fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors and cleaning countertops and tables.

</li></ul><ul><li>Perform routine scheduled maintenance on all equipment.

Fitness Counselor - Wellness Center

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will observe areas of Casino Operations using the video management system with a specialized focus on Card and Table Game Protection. The Agent will maintain a comprehensive understanding of all card and table games offered at Choctaw Casinos and the applicable governing standards to ensure game play is protected. The Agent will compile timelines and multiple other reports detailing any deviations from standard game play. You will report to the Game Protection Manager.
Primary Tasks:
<div><ul><li>You will perform audits on table and card games based on game performance by documenting guest buy-ins, length of play, win vs. loss, average bets, and the guest's skill level. Monitor table game's play, focusing on procedural consistency and accuracy of monetary transfers between the dealer(s) and guest(s).
</li></ul><ul><li>Compile incident and investigation analysis reports that document the timeline of events reviewed with accuracy, correct punctuation, appropriate grammar, and promptly. May testify in court proceedings as to the observations and reports made.
</li></ul><ul><li>Determine if guest(s) are using a basic strategy or a money management system and engaging in advantageous or illegal play by overseeing live or recorded video.
</li></ul><ul><li>Employ training through multiple industry resources to remain current on all forms of cheating, including the use of devices that could potentially compromise gameplay or provide an advantage against Choctaw Casinos.
</li></ul><ul><li>You will remain current and knowledgeable on all table games offered by Choctaw Casinos and Resorts and surveillance and casino department MICS, TICS, SICS, and Casino Department Procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assess card and table game operations to identify the game's proper pace and any procedure violations. Preserve and export video and supporting documentation using approved reference procedures to ensure availability as evidence in civil and criminal court proceedings or distribution to approved Choctaw Nation Departments.
</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with surveillance management any activities that are noteworthy, suspicious, or unusual.
</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate Management that allows both departments to identify game changes, adjustments to the layout, and the need for dealer retraining or necessary disciplinary action based on Game Protection Agents observations and issued violations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Use the video management system to review or provide video and documentation to approved departments as requested; assist Security and Tribal Police with internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues.
</li></ul>Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years Microsoft and typing skills of at least 40 wpm.
Experience of casino Table and Card Games game play and procedures preferred. General knowledge of Federal, State and Tribal regulations that govern Tribal Gaming
Obtain a key gaming license.
Excellent, Accurate Vision to distinguish colors, shapes and assess scenes.
Two (2) years of casino table games, surveillance, or equivalent experience preferred.</div>
