<div>Full Time | Pay: $17.55 | Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Off Saturday &amp; Sunday)
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will perform routine maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and structures and building. You will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
Primary Tasks:
<div><ul><li>You will perform maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in multiple locations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and complete small scale projects, to include developing plans, material lists.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assist Team Members with tasks, insuring safety and quality workmanship.
</li></ul><ul><li>Paint interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools.
</li></ul><ul><li>You will assist with general repair and upkeep of machines and equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and repair multiple structures, using different hand and power tools.
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance on different machines, equipment, and structures.
</li></ul>Perform other tasks as assigned.

<ul><li>Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic maintenance
</li><li>Mechanically inclined
</li><li>Knowledge of mowers, tractors, power tools, cutting torches
</li>2 years of experience in equipment and building maintenance
