<div>Job Purpose or Objective(s): Serve as an advocate, case manager and coordinator of services in situations involving child and family matters.
Location: Durant, OK, 100% onsite
Pay Rate: $28.25 per hour
Work Schedule: Regular/Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (can be flexible with schedule as long as it is around normal business hours working M-F)
It is optional to be on call for this role.
Primary Tasks:
<ul><li>Interview clients and assess social and emotional needs and determine nature and degree of services needed.
</li><li>Provide individual case management, advanced specialized treatment planning and intervention.
</li><li>Manage cases of tribal members, collaborate with tribal prosecutor's office, and attend court hearings.
</li><li>Monitor cases to ensure that state agencies and state courts comply with and where applicable, any tribal, state, and federal guidelines.
</li><li>Help communication between Choctaw Nation and outside agencies/courts to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for Choctaw children.
</li><li>Identify, document, and make referrals to resources available within the community and the Choctaw Nation to meet the needs of Choctaw families, and assist families with access to resources.
</li><li>Develop case plans and maintain confidential client files and materials organized, promptly and consistent with the Special Services Programs, tribal, state, and federal guidelines.
</li><li>Provide testimony in tribal or state courts and make written and verbal reports directly to the courts.
</li><li>Conduct and document in home visits.
</li><li>Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
</li></ul>Required Education and experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in restorative justice, advocacy, offender services, or a related social or occupational service field and two [2] experience in social work-related field, OR six [6] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
</li><li>Mediate and be at a professional level
</li><li>Demonstrate a high level of cultural competence, sensitivity and responsiveness
</li><li>Knowledge of case planning, case management, writing skills.
</li><li>Experience providing testimony in courts
</li><li>Use support devices such as computers, fax machines, copiers/scanners, phones, and tablets</li></ul></div>

<div>Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN IV Certified) demonstrates competency to help evaluate, carry out nursing plan of care and discharge of patients per physician orders and policy and procedures and standards of care. You will report to the Manager.

Primary Tasks:
1. Identify emergent situations and initiate treatment.
2. Ensure that diagnostic studies are completed as ordered.
3. Review laboratory and radiology studies; report abnormal results to the provider.
4. Complete health records per clinic policy.
5. Help create the plan of care for other problems or diagnosis as indicated by nursing judgment.
6. Help communicate the assessment and implementation of evaluation activities for health team members in and outside the facility.
7. Participate in departmental quality assessment and improvement activities.
8. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Current LPN licensure with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing
</li><li>Current CPR certification</li></ul></div>

<div>Job Summary: As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing treatment services by clinical staff and assures that treatment modalities and service delivery systems match client needs and that client record documentation is thorough and complete. Responsible for the supervision of the clinical/counseling staff and assists with supervision of support staff. You will report to the Clinical Manager.

Primary Tasks:
Oversees the daily delivery of treatment services by clinical staff, assuring quality client care that is compliant with regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures and local, state and federal law.
Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services provided by the program including clinical schedule and curriculum.
Coordinates and leads Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team.
Ensure quality client services by monitoring client record keeping system, conducting chart audits and chart reviews, peer observation and individual supervision.
Assist Program Director with development, implementation and maintenance of program policies and procedures.
Communicates with Program Director relevant program information and clinical needs.
Provides direct therapeutic services to residents in the form of groups, individual therapy, ancillary therapies, education lectures, and psychological assessments, to meet their psychotherapeutic needs while in residential treatment.
Coordinates staff training and development.
Perform other duties as assigned.
<div>Required Education and Experience:
</div><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
</li><li>Certified or licensed counselor by the state of Oklahoma, i.e., CADC, LADC, LPC.
</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State and Local ordnance policies regarding therapeutic issues.
</li></ul>3 years&rsquo; experience in a range of specialized interventions and treatment modalities. This includes individual, group, and/or family counseling or psychotherapy, case management interventions, diagnostic assessment and related interventions with substance abuse and mental health disorders (co-occurring treatment)</div>
