 We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily fulfillment operations within our growing third-party logistics (3PL) business.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a critical role responsible for ensuring multiple client orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will lead a small team while helping build the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support continued growth.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Oversee daily order fulfillment across multiple client accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and support warehouse staff (picking, cutting, packing, shipping)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Train, coach, and develop team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain workflow efficiency and organization on the warehouse floor
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor quality control and reduce errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate inventory organization and restocking
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement process improvements to support growth
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or 3PL environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous leadership or supervisory experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
 </li>

 Ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs

 Hands-on leadership style&mdash;willing to work alongside the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability
 </li>
