JOB DESCRIPTIONDesignation- HR AdminLocation- Sanpada, Mumbai.Industry type- Full timeTime - 10.00 am to 7.00 pmJob Summary:We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our real estate firm. As the HR, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and support the overall success of our real estate operations.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:Payroll Management:&middot; Regularly Check Attendance and Inform the Director and Employees regarding them.&middot; Maintain Attendance daily sheet and OTs on prior.&middot; Making Salary Vouchers and Cross verify with the employees&middot; Coordinate with the Accounts department regarding Salary releaseAdministrative Support:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.</li><li>Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.</li></ul>Financial Administration:<ul><li>Coordinate with the accounting department for expense tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.</li></ul>Vendor Management:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Check and making PO, Work Order, etc</li></ul>Office Management:<ul><li>Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events.</li><li>Maintain and update office records and databases.</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is well-maintained and functional.</li><li>Regularly check the points, Materials, Storage capacity, keep the Store, maintain the database of materials.</li></ul>Qualification and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.</li><li>3-4 years experience required in real estate firm.</li><li>Ability to do multitasking work.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
