</div><div><b>Summary:</b>The Patient Coordinator (Front Office Receptionist) schedules appointments, performs check-in and out duties, assists with checkout duties as needed, and performs administrative duties.</div><div></div><div><br>

Pay Range: $18.00 -$22.00 hr (Based on experience)</div>
Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b> include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</div><ul><li>
Collect and process payments</li><li>
When we receive authorizations back in the mail imports and calls parents</li><li>
Schedules treatment appointments and recall appointments</li><li>
Confirms treatment appointments</li><li>
Takes calls throughout the day</li></ul><ul><li>
Process No Show Reports</li><li>
Schedules patients from ASAP List</li><li>
Checks patients in and out</li><li>
Verifies info on file</li><li>
Verifies eligibility with insurance</li></ul><ul><li>
Calls patients when past 10 mins</li><li>
Confirms observation appointments</li><li>
Schedules observation appointments</li><li>
Works on daily sign in sheet</li><li>
Scans in NPP, and enters it in the system</li></ul><ul><li>
Regular, predictable attendance is required</li><li>
Ability to get along and work effectively with others</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Education and/or Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience is preferred</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish</li></ul></div>
