Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant

Clinical Assistance &amp; Patient Care:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist the dentist in all chairside procedures.</li><li>
Take X-rays and process diagnostic images.</li><li>
Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.</li><li>
Ensure patients feel comfortable and understand their procedures.</li><li>
Maintain accurate treatment notes and charting.</li><li>
Prepare and sanitize treatment areas, instruments, and equipment.</li><li>
Support sterilization protocols and infection control guidelines.</li></ul><div><b>
Procedural Assistance:</b></div><ul><li>
Take impressions for study models and appliances.</li><li>
Prepare dental materials for fillings, crowns, and bridges.</li><li>
Provide suctioning and isolation during procedures.</li><li>
Assist with placing and removing temporary restorations.</li><li>
Handle instrument sterilization and inventory management.</li></ul><div><b>
Administrative &amp; Compliance Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.</li><li>
Track and manage inventory and supply restocking.</li><li>
Assist the front office as needed with scheduling and patient inquiries.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
