<div></div><div><b>The Sales Representative</b> will recruit and build relationships with both new and existing Real Estate organizations as well as Independent Agents. The Sales Rep will help to onboard, train, and support all real estate agents&rsquo; needs, including order entry, brochures &amp; materials, technical support, and general warranty sales.</div>
<div>This is a regionally focused business-to-business role with territories across the USA.</div>
<div>The sales representative will contact real estate professionals in an assigned territory, selling the benefits we offer and its comprehensive warranty plans. The representative will be responsible for making contacts, setting &amp; attending one-on-one presentations daily.</div>
<div></div><div>The Representative must travel throughout the territory, visiting real estate offices. In this role, you will, in addition to conducting one-on-one presentations with real estate professionals, distribute marketing materials to ensure an adequate supply is available throughout the territory. Further the representative will be responsible for scheduling and conducting office presentations and attending networking functions within the real estate community.</div>

<div></div><ul><li><b>3+ Years of experience in success sales, recruiting, or account management is required.</b></li></ul>
<ul><li><b>2+ Years of successful direct sales experience as a top producer in previous/current position</b></li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal &amp; external clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong ability to network, ask for referrals, and build excellent relationships quickly.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assertive Social Style / Follow Through</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to strategically plan and prioritize efforts to achieve enrollment goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Positive &amp; professional demeanor.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Prospect &amp; Develop Network Membership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Network, ask for referrals and build excellent relationships quickly.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Distribute Marketing Materials &amp; close all facets of sales process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Complete min contact and presentation goals per day.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Travel throughout the territory visiting a minimum required # of offices per day.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct one-on-one presentations with real estate professionals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Schedule and conduct office presentation / Lunch &amp; Learns.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attend any and all networking functions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Educate perspective partners on product, best practices and system processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare, deliver, receive, review and process enrollment application(s), including credentialing.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage pipeline and facilitate enrollment within appropriate departmental goals</li></ul>
<ul><li>Update and complete the CRM dashboard daily with your activity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Daily / Weekly / Monthly check-ins (via calls) and support for open needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Drive Network Productivity and Efficiency ensuring KPI targets are being met.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build positive experience for word of mouth referrals and customer comments</li></ul></div></div><div></div>
