 You will:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily social media activities, including posts, stories, reels, comments, and DMs
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle paid social media campaigns with a basic understanding of Meta Ads
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve reach and engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community
 </li>
 <li>
 Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the HR team on employee engagement activities and employer branding,, including basic content capture and posting for social media
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in brainstorming sessions to support overall brand presence and visibility through social media
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 You have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), their algorithms, and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Good copywriting skills with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance data
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with video content, Reels/Shorts strategy, influencer marketing, or performance/lead-generation campaigns
 </li>
