Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan &amp; execute marketing strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and overall sales.</li><li>Field marketing activities: Visiting corporates, apartments, colleges, and associations for tie-up promotions.</li><li>Brand marketing: Managing branding materials like hoardings, banners, standees, print ads, and in-store branding setup.</li><li>Execute festival campaigns, seasonal offers, outdoor advertisements &amp; promotional events.</li><li>Handle social media, digital campaigns, customer engagement &amp; basic ad promotions.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis &amp; identify new marketing opportunities.</li><li>Maintain strong customer relationships &amp; generate leads through networking.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for printing, event arrangements &amp; promotional items.</li><li>Track and report campaign performance weekly/monthly.</li><li>Support sales team with marketing ideas, promotional content &amp; offer planning.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Good experience in Field Marketing &amp; Brand Marketing</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of social media marketing &amp; brand positioning</li><li>Creative thinking, event planning &amp; negotiation ability</li><li>Basic MS Office &amp; documentation skills</li><li>Fluency in Tamil &amp; English (Hindi added advantage)</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Any Degree / MBA in Marketing preferred</li></ul>Working Hours: 9:30 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM Weekly Off: Weekday (Roster) Benefits: Attractive incentives, bonuses &amp; career developmentJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Telecallers, Security, Admin etc.)</li><li>Conduct initial screening &amp; schedule interviews with respective department heads.</li><li>Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.</li><li>Maintain employee attendance, leave records &amp; prepare monthly reports.</li><li>Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain statutory compliance support (ESI / PF / Professional Tax).</li><li>Execute employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.</li><li>Manage training for sales staff regarding customer handling &amp; showroom ethics.</li><li>Address employee queries professionally and act as a bridge between management &amp; staff.</li><li>Support in performance evaluation &amp; appraisal process.</li><li>Ensure discipline, grooming standards and punctuality inside the showroom.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication skills in Tamil &amp; English (Hindi added advantage).</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.</li><li>People handling &amp; problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle store-level operations &amp; work under pressure.</li><li>Pleasant appearance and professional behaviour.</li></ul>Working Hours: 9:30 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM Weekly Off: Weekday based on rosterBenefits:<ul><li>Attractive incentives &amp; yearly bonus</li><li>Career growth within the organization</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
