Key Responsibilities:HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records.</li><li>Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave records, and HR files.</li><li>Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.</li></ul>Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Handle PF &amp; ESI registrations, monthly contributions, challans, and returns.</li><li>Coordinate inspections, notices, and audits related to labour laws.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Shops &amp; Establishment Act and other applicable labour laws.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Employee Relations<ul><li>Support recruitment activities such as screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and statutory benefits.</li><li>Assist in grievance handling and maintaining a positive work environment.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare monthly HR and compliance reports.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, payroll vendors, and government authorities when required.</li><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across branches.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Good knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Experience in payroll coordination and HR documentation.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹16,889.84 - ₹25,595.61 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
