Since then, we have built a robust operational network, including a central kitchen and large-scale food processing facility, and now proudly operate more than 25 restaurants across North America.We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager in Training to join the team. As a Restaurant General Manager in Training, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate shall have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service.Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Drive overall store operations management and support the development of management systems;</li><li>Participate in resource coordination and integrated management according to company strategy to ensure orderly business progress;</li><li>Monitor industry trends and align with company strategy adjustments to maintain and enhance market competitiveness;</li><li>Promote the brand&rsquo;s local market presence and foster customer relationships and positive reputation;</li><li>Act as a bridge between strategy and operations to continuously improve management effectiveness.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management; experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred;</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (verbally and written) in English and Chinese (Mandarin);</li><li>Have analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, problem solving and execution skills;</li><li>Proficiency in cost control, team building, and customer service excellence.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Pay+ Volume Bonuses</li><li>Comprehensive Training to prepare you for success</li><li>Discounted or Free food</li><li>Group Health Benefit</li><li>Lucrative Associate Referral Bonus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>Mandarin (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
