If so, Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is the place for you! As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients.</div><p></p><p><br>
We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and better health while creating &ldquo;wow&rdquo; experiences at every visit!</p><br>
<ul><li>
Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment</li><li>
Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement</li><li>
Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards</li><li>
Have coronal polishing certification - We are able to provide a sealant course!</li><li>
Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian</li><li>
Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns</li><li>
Charting all existing/missing teeth, existing restorations, and/or dental procedures</li><li>
Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible</li><li>
Maintaining accurate clinical notes of each visit</li><li>
Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer</li><li>
Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state</li></ul><br>
