About the Position:</b></div><div>
As the Head of Marketing, you will own our <b>demand generation and pipeline engine</b>&mdash;the heartbeat of our revenue organization. You will drive <b>predictable, scalable pipeline growth </b>across <b>paid, organic, and partner channels</b>, ensuring marketing is the #1 source of revenue. While you develop and elevate the current team with clear roles, goals, and KPIs, you will instill a <b>data-driven</b>, test-and-learn culture <b>grounded in performance metrics.<br>

<div>You&rsquo;ll be both <b>strategic architect </b>and <b>hands-on builder</b>, working alongside the heads of Paid, Organic, Lifecycle and Product Marketing under your organization to deliver full-funnel performance.<br>

Own marketing-sourced pipeline generation targets (MQL SQL Opportunity<li> Closed Won)</li><li>
Partner with Sales to hit coverage ratios and drive pipeline velocity</li><li>
Present monthly and quarterly pipeline performance directly to CRO &amp; CFO</li><li>
Build forecasting and attribution models that clearly connect marketing activity to revenue</li><li><b>
Demand Generation, Lifecycle and Content Strategy</b></li><li>
Architect and own the integrated demand engine&mdash;across paid, organic, partner, and emerging channels</li><li>
Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns that deliver quality at volume</li><li>
Lead the monthly promotion and campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with Sales, Product, and CX</li><li>
Design conversion experiments to optimize lead-to-opportunity rates</li><li>
Manage agency and platform partners with clear ROI accountability</li><li>
Optimize the lead nurture funnel through a strong lifecycle strategy</li><li>
Lead content marketing through blog strategy, events and webinars
</li><li><b>Paid &amp; Organic Growth</b></li><li>
Oversee dedicated leads for Paid Growth and Organic Growth (SEO, content, lifecycle)</li><li>
Set channel-level pipeline goals and ROAS/CAC benchmarks</li><li>
Reallocate spend and priorities dynamically based on performance and seasonality</li><li>
Build out new growth channels<b> </b>(community, partner co-marketing, referral programs)</li><li><b>
Sales Partnership
</b></li><li>Align closely with Sales leadership and SDR team to drive speed-to-lead, follow-up rigor, and feedback loops</li><li>
Define lead acceptance criteria and hold teams accountable for conversion</li><li>
Partner with enablement on campaign follow-up, objection handling, and content utilization</li><li>
Create transparency between Sales &amp; Marketing through weekly pipeline reviews</li><li><b>
Systems &amp; Measurement</b></li><li>
Overhaul attribution and funnel visibility across Salesforce, Marketo, and Iterable</li><li>
Implement a reliable lead scoring model to prioritize quality</li><li>
Build real-time dashboards for campaign and pipeline performance</li><li>
Audit and optimize the Martech stack to ensure scalability and automation</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
You Should Apply If You:
</b></h3><ul><li>Have 10+ years in <b>B2B SaaS marketing</b>, with <b>5+ years owning demand generation &amp; pipeline</b> at scale</li><li>
Have 5+ years directly managing a team
</li><li>Have past experience in Lifecycle and Content Marketing
</li><li>Are an <b>expert</b> leveraging Salesforce, Marketo, and Iterable</li><li>
Have a proven record of <b>building pipeline engines</b> that became primary revenue drivers</li><li>
Have deep experience in <b>SMB SaaS</b> or <b>vertical SaaS</b> with high-velocity, mid-ACV motions ($10K&ndash;$50K ACV)</li><li>
Have demonstrated success <b>fixing broken systems</b>, <b>restructuring teams</b>, and <b>scaling from 0 1 or 1 100</b></li><li>
Have a strong partnership record with Sales and SDR orgs&mdash;deep empathy for revenue teams</li><li>
