This role requires close coordination with project managers, contractors, consultants, and labor teams to ensure smooth site operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Execution &amp; Supervision</li><li>Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor progress against the project schedule and report delays or issues.</li><li>Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Quality Control</li><li>Conduct inspections and quality checks of materials and workmanship.</li><li>Ensure adherence to design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Address non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication</li><li>Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Maintain clear communication between project management and site teams.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to project management.</li><li>Maintain site records, including drawings, work permits, inspection reports, and labor attendance.</li><li>Assist in preparing BOQs, measurements, and bills.</li><li>Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE)</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at the site.</li><li>Monitor workers&rsquo; safety and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents.</li><li>Conduct regular safety toolbox talks with site teams.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: Civil Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of relevant site experience in construction/infrastructure projects.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (added advantage).</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Timely completion of assigned site tasks.</li><li>Quality of work execution and compliance with standards.</li><li>Adherence to project timelines and budget.</li><li>Effective coordination with project stakeholders.</li><li>Safety compliance and accident-free site record.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
