Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the spiritual, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children. This role requires a commitment to educating diverse learners and implementing effective teaching strategies that engage students in their learning journey.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.</li><li>Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.</li><li>Foster a positive, Christ-focused classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.</li><li>Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Candidate must love Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Experience in childcare or teaching young children is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience maintaining an orderly and encouraging classroom environment is necessary.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.</li><li>A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 22 &ndash; 25 per weekAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Huntsville, AL 35803 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Huntsville, AL 35803: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
