Scheduling and confirming appointments; pulling next day's client charts; answering phone and information gathering; filing; end of day duties; making copies and various other duties as assigned in an administrative and support capacity.Respect for confidentiality is ESSENTIAL. Must be personable; possess polite phone skills; get along well with others in a close office settingThis position is an afternoon/evening hours position. Basic hours would be: 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. M-W; 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. TH; 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. F. NO WEEKENDS. (Depending on the needs of our office, these hours might be flexible within reason, with consideration of a class schedule.)(**Applicants can not have been a client, or attended a counseling session(s) in a support capacity of a client, at CFCC within the past five years.)Job Type: Part-timePay: From $13.00 per hourWork Location: In person
