Assignment Details:Seeking a contractor/field technician for a one-time residential property maintenance and inspection assignment. Jackson, MSScope of Work:<ul><li>Trim large low-hanging tree limbs encroaching on the house (up to approximately 40&rsquo; height / 40 LF as specified in work order)</li><li>Remove overgrowth from rear fencing areas (up to approximately 60 LF / 6&rsquo; height as specified)</li><li>Follow lockbox/site access instructions provided in work order</li><li>Evaluate property security and report any unsecured conditions</li><li>Notify management from site if scope changes or unexpected issues arise</li><li>Perform a property condition inspection after work completion</li><li>Inspect and report on exterior areas, interior conditions, utility status, crawl spaces, attic/basement areas, garages/outbuildings, roofline visibility, HVAC/water heater presence, and visible damages</li><li>Identify additional repair or maintenance needs if discovered during service</li><li>Report emergency conditions requiring immediate attention</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Smartphone with internet access</li><li>Ability to perform outdoor labor and use basic landscaping/tree trimming equipment</li><li>Must follow work order instructions carefully</li><li>A recent background check completed within the last 12 months is required for initial consideration. Candidates without one may be considered for future opportunities once screening requirements are met.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with Pruvan or similar property preservation documentation apps preferred</li><li>Experience receiving and managing field assignments through mobile applications is a plus</li></ul>Compensation:Pay per completed job/work order.
