Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator supports CSY by managing branding, communications, and creative design to strengthen school identity and community engagement. Ability to create graphics, interact with social media, manage website, photography/videography, and communicate well are key aspects of a successful Marketing Coordinator. Degree in Communications, Media, or related field preferred.Responsibilities include:Branding &amp; Oversight● Ensure consistency of CSY&rsquo;s brand across all platforms and materials.● Submit all branding updates for final approval by the Head of School.Graphic Design &amp; Creative Work● Design (or collaborate with various departments) on brochures, flyers, social media graphics, cards, headers, spirit wear designs, posters, tee signs, senior signs, pamphlets, programs, and other visual needs.● Manage and refresh Spirit Store designs and product selections three to four times annually.● Coordinate team/group stores for all athletic teams and student activity groups.● Oversee design and ordering of sports team uniforms (once purchase orders are approved).● Create and/or oversee designs for team, senior, and group shirts or sweatshirts.● Coordinate the ordering and pickup of printed and branded items.Communications● Schedule and manage all school communications through Constant Contact. Distribute weekly newsletters, event promotions, HOS updates, and other school-wide announcements.● Ensure communications are clear, timely, and aligned with CSY&rsquo;s mission and brand.Collaboration &amp; Support● Partner with Admissions, the Community Relations Manager, Director of Development, and HOS on literature, event planning, advertising, brochures, and signage. Develop strategic marketing plans based on collaborations with various departments.● Communicate project needs and collaborate with volunteers and vendors to ensure timely completion.Photography &amp; Media● Schedule and coordinate school picture days.● Design and manage yearbooks, ensuring full coverage across all divisions (Preschool, Lower, Intermediate, Middle, and Upper School).● Capture and edit photos for social media, advertising, newsletters, and other marketing needs.● Attend school events and document daily life on campus to support enrollment, donor engagement, and community spirit.Event &amp; Campaign Marketing● Plan and coordinate marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, graphics, and printed materials) for major events such as Give Local York, the Annual Auction, and other school events.● Work closely with the Community Relations Manager to promote and host events.Pay: $38,500.00 - $40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
