The right candidate will manage daily operations, create social media content/post daily and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our door.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Overseeing daily shop operations and workflow</li><li>Coordinating client fittings and appointments</li><li>Supporting seamstresses with scheduling and organization</li><li>Managing client communication (calls, texts, follow-ups)</li><li>Tracking production timelines and garment pickup schedules</li><li>Maintaining a tidy and inviting workspace</li><li>Providing excellent customer service with grace and professionalism</li><li>Creating social media content for all platforms used.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in bridal or alterations industry is a strong plus</li><li>Previous management or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Warm, calm, and customer-focused attitude</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li><li>Passion for fashion, fit, and making people feel beautiful</li><li>Experience in social media posting personal or professional.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday-Friday 8-4 or 8:30-4:30.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Carrollton, GA 30117 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Carrollton, GA 30117: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
