ChristianaCare is hiring Clinical Technical At-The-Elbow (ATE) Specialists to support technical clinical teams during our Epic Electronic Health Record System launch. This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income while gaining valuable experience with a leading healthcare technology platform.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Provide real-time Epic navigation support to Respiratory Therapists, Imaging Technologists, Lab Scientists, Surgical Technologists, and other technical clinical staff.</li><li>
Assist with documentation, order review, results viewing, and workflow navigation.</li><li>
Help users understand where to find tools and how to complete steps in Epic.</li><li>
Capture and escalate issues to command center teams.</li><li>
Reinforce training materials and tip sheets.</li><li>
Participate in huddles and collaborate with unit leadership.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
Experience in a technical clinical role (RT, Imaging, Lab, Surgical Tech, etc.).</li><li>
Experience using Epic in clinical care.</li><li>
Strong communication and situational awareness.</li></ul>

Epic Go-Live Support Specialist - Clinical Technical

ChristianaCare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide real-time Epic support during our systemwide Electronic Health Record System launch. This role is ideal for RNs who enjoy teaching, supporting colleagues, and earning extra income during the fall season.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Provide bedside Epic navigation support to nursing teams and interdisciplinary clinicians.</li><li>
Assist with documentation, medication workflows, order review, results viewing, patient movement, and worklist navigation.</li><li>
Help staff locate tools and complete workflow steps in Epic.</li><li>
Capture and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams.</li><li>
Reinforce training, tip sheets, and best practices.</li><li>
Participate in shift huddles and collaborate with unit leadership and super users.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
Registered Nurse (RN) experience.</li><li>
Experience using Epic in clinical care.</li><li>
Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Clinical experience (e.g., Pharmacist, PT, OT, SLP).</li><li>
