Why This Role Matters
The Senior Finance Analyst will work with the Global FBP, Infrastructure to drive the continuous improvement and development of high quality business partnering, management information and insight across the organisation.
The role is a multi-functional role primarily focused on business partnering with the Global Client Engagement Function. In addition, there will be the need to work closely with the Global FBP for some of the Art Departments to provide financial support for auctions taking place in New York. A strong commercial mindset, relevant commercial experience, strong attention to detail, comfortable handling sensitive information, combined with strong stakeholder management skills are all key qualities for this role.
How You Will Make An Impact
Core Responsibilities<ul><li>
Ownership of the Global Client Engagement Function and Regional consolidation from a Finance Business Partner perspective</li><li>
Ownership of relevant Financial Planning, Analysis &amp; Reporting for Client Engagement and regional consolidation from a Finance Business partnering perspective</li><li>
On the ground &lsquo;point person&rsquo; for broader Infrastructure queries and support for Art Departments.</li><li>
Ownership of Budget and Forecasting processes for Client Engagement, Regional consolidation and relevant Art Department auctions and key overheads.</li><li>
Maintain an accurate view of forthcoming specified auctions to track gathering, any Forecast updates and the financial results with commentary.</li><li>
Effective Stakeholder Management and business partner at all levels of the company namely the Regional Presidents and their relevant Offices.</li><li>
Provide value adding financial insight to key stakeholders through ad-hoc requests and pro-active analysis.</li><li>
Improve the quality of and streamlining reporting.</li><li>
Drive for best practice, effective and streamlined reporting across Commercial Finance.</li></ul>

As part of the larger New York marketing team, video plays a pivotal role in enticing people to join the world of Christie&rsquo;s &ndash; as consignors, as buyers, as interested consumers of artistic culture - by remaining true to our brand while creating an inviting experience.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing in the Americas, the Head of Video will be responsible for leading and managing a team of directors, producers, and editors who are a mixture of both staff and freelance. Working in an incredibly fast-paced environment, the head of video will be responsible for leading idea generation, suggesting creative treatments, managing schedules, and identifying creative talent. A successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with diverse stakeholders, and a willingness to collaboratively pitch and refine ideas.
How You Will Make An Impact
<ul><li>Oversee diverse creative production of social, editorial, and proposal videos for the Americas by creating content from creative concept to final edits and execution</li><li>
Create, write, and direct repeatable video formats as well as one-off &ldquo;big ideas&rdquo; specific to individual objects</li><li>
Manage and mentor the Americas video team to support all aspects of the business &ndash; from proposals to sale promotion to evergreen video content &ndash; across all categories</li><li>
Manage the Americas video budget and freelance contractor relationships</li><li>
Work holistically within the Americas marketing team (strategy, social, editorial, creative and exhibition design) and collaborate with the global team and various stakeholders</li><li>
Partner with Global Head of Creative, Content and Social to craft compelling cross-channel content to drive brand awareness and conversion</li><li>
Regularly track video performance to advise on future formats and innovation across platforms to grow reach and engagement</li></ul> 
What You Will Bring To The Team
<ul><li>Proven experience in video production, content leadership and team management</li><li>
10+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency based or cultural environment creating diverse formats of videos</li><li>
Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.</li><li>
Experience in creating video tied to marketing objectives.</li><li>
Adaptability and creativity to leverage a small team to translate complex art and luxury stories into compelling and engaging content across various video channels</li><li>
Ability to bridge Christie&rsquo;s deep history and expertise to a global audience to build an engaging and welcoming brand</li><li>
Availability to work from the New York offices at Rockefeller Center at least 4 days per week</li></ul>
