Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Producer located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Social Media Marketing Producer will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, producing engaging video content, and managing various social media platforms.Qualifications<ul><li>Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy skills</li><li>Video Production skills</li><li>Excellent Communication and Writing skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred</li><li>A deep passion for home d&eacute;cor, Christmas, organization, and lifestyle branding is highly preferred.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing content calendars for all major social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing initiatives.</li><li>Work with the Marketing Director to develop visually compelling photos, videos, and graphics tailored for each platform.</li><li>Write, edit, and refine social captions that capture our brand voice and encourage audience interaction</li><li>Manage and track influencer and content creator campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.</li><li>Act as the brand voice by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations.</li><li>Monitor and analyze social listening insights to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and areas for improvement.</li><li>rack key social metrics and KPIs, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance, providing regular reports to the Marketing Director.</li><li>Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.</li><li>Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and best practices to maximize reach and effectiveness.</li><li>Stay nimble and proactive in identifying and executing on emerging platform trends, cultural moments, and reactionary content to drive engagement and keep Christmas World at the forefront of social conversation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $31,000.00 - $37,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in West Valley City, UT 84120
