The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a strong foundation in mathematics, foster analytical and problem-solving skills, and create a positive and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the school&rsquo;s curriculum and grade-level standards.</li><li>Design and implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking and conceptual understanding.</li><li>Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and other formative and summative assessments.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve academically.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.</li><li>Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and classroom activities.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.</li><li>Support school policies and contribute to the overall growth and ethos of the institution.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mathematics / Education (Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred).</li><li>B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of teaching experience in middle school (Grades 6&ndash;8 preferred).</li><li>Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE curriculum (as applicable).</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Ability to motivate students and use creative teaching strategies.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Passion for teaching and working with children.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology.</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,082.97 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
