We are looking for a<b> Lab Technician.</b> You will conduct analytical testing to monitor control of processes and ensure final products meet specifications so our customers receive only the highest quality products. You must be detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, be safety conscious, and have strong time management skills.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of all quality requirements for producing Ethanol/DDGs/WDGs/ICO.</li><li>
Perform routine testing on inbound, in-process, and finished products in a timely manner.</li><li>
Conduct testing and routine maintenance on water treatment systems and make operational adjustments as needed.</li><li>
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.</li><li>
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.</li><li>
Utilize lab equipment (HPLC, IC, GC, Cell Counter, IR, NIR, Titrators) and have the ability to troubleshoot instrument issues.</li><li>
Perform additional testing as needed. Participate in training opportunities to further product safety and quality knowledge.</li><li>
Collaborate with plant leadership team to identify and make final decisions on product quality challenges.</li><li>
Adhere to feed safety and good manufacturing policies at all times.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.</li><li>
Maintain clean and safe work area at all times.</li><li>
Ability to work overtime or holidays if needed.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications (required)</b></div>

The Senior Learning and Development Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development (L&amp;D) team by coordinating and executing various logistical aspects of our training programs and projects. Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Coordinate Training Logistics: Schedule sessions, reserve rooms, arrange catering, prepare materials, and manage shipments for training events.</li><li>
Maintain Records: Keep training schedules, rosters, and program details up to date using Excel, ShparePoint, SuccessFactors (SAP), and Learning Pool.</li><li>
Vendor Partnership: Order and manage training toolkits and miscellaneous training supplies needed by facilitation team.</li><li>
Enable the L&amp;D Team: Prepare reports, create presentations, organize L&amp;D team weekly, monthly, and quarterly conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.</li><li>
Project Management: Oversee multiple tasks concurrently to ensure successful execution of training programs and events.<br>
Act as liaison: Manage the shared L&amp;D calendar and email for program inquiries, problem solve and troubleshoot, connect with resources to ensure follow up to inquiries</li><li>
Program Support: Provide on-site support to ensure smooth training operations or produce virtual learning sessions in MS teams.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Qualifications (required)</b></h2>
