Summary</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
The Senior Office Services Coordinator, Print Production &amp; Graphic Design is responsible for ensuring high-quality production of print and digital materials while adhering to CHS brand standards. This role combines an eye for layout, with knowledge of proper file preparation, strong customer service, cross-departmental collaboration, and an understanding of print and mail operations. The coordinator ensures that all incoming work is accurately reviewed, edited, and prepared for production, while supporting design, planning, production, and post-production workflows. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, working onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
Design, File Preparation &amp; Brand Quality<br>
Review incoming job requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with CHS brand standards.<br>
Edit and prepare files for print and digital output using approved design tools and templates.<br>
Troubleshoot file issues (color profiles, resolution, bleeds, imposition, etc.) to ensure optimal production quality.<br>
Partner with internal clients to refine artwork or content as needed.<br>
Maintain working knowledge of CHS brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all work.</p><p><br>
Department Collaboration &amp; Client Engagement<br>
Liaise with marketing, communications and other internal teams to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and consult on design/production options.<br>
Build effective, ongoing relationships with stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement.<br>
Provide proactive recommendations to improve design outcomes, efficiency, and client experience.</p><p><br>
Production, Job Planning &amp; Post-Production Support<br>
Serve as primary backup support for job planning, ticket creation, scheduling, and workflow prioritization.<br>
Assist in print production, finishing, packaging, and job distribution.<br>
Support post-production tasks such as QA checks, labeling, assembly, and mail services.<br>
Utilize internal systems to process, track, and close jobs accurately.</p><p><br>
Cross-Functional Support<br>
Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, automation, or standardization to enhance efficiency and quality.<br>
Adapt to expanded role expectations as knowledge, skills, and organizational strategy evolve.<br>
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.<br>

Minimum Qualifications (required)</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>2+ years of experience in graphic design, print production, supporting in-house print/mail operations</li><li>
High School diploma or GED</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Additional Qualifications</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
Experience in graphic design, print production, supporting in-house print/mail operations<br>
Proficiency in Adobe (Creative Cloud, In Design, Illustrator, Acrobat)<br>
Experience with MS Office, Fiery Command WorkStation, digital press environments and print production equipment<br>
Experience with print production finishing equipment<br>
Can demonstrate a strong attention to detail, organization, and quality assurance<br>
Excellent communication and customer service skills<br>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.<br>
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes as the role evolves<br>
Ability to work with sensitive materials and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity<br>
Strong creative and technical skill set<br>
Energized working in a culture of continuous improvement<br>
Motivated, self-starter who can successfully manage a variety of tasks<br>
Must prioritize positive customer experiences and maintain a full understanding of company and services<br>
Ability to prioritize work and meet strict customer deadlines<br>

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.</p><p></p><p><br>
