Position Overview
We are seeking for a Recruiter who is organized, proactive, and passionate about talent acquisition and people operations. In this role, you will support the hiring needs across multiple restaurant brands and locations. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely withiring managers, restaurant leadership, and the HR team to build strong talent pipelines and efficient workflows. 
Employment Details
Hiring Entity: Chubby Group
Work Location: Hybrid/Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Annual Salary: $36,000 &ndash; $57,600 (based on experience and qualifications), subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholding. Additional performance-based bonuses may apply.

Start Date: Upon onboarding completion, all required pre-employment notices and documents will be provided at or before the start date, as required by law. 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match applicants with appropriate roles.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking recruitment progress and maintaining reports.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee and candidate information.</li><li>
High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ownership.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.</li><li>
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT/H1B sponsorship available).</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills<ul><li>
Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative roles preferred.</li><li>
Experience using job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist, or other applicant sourcing tools.</li><li>
Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring environments is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.</li><li>
Understanding of basic employment practices and hiring procedures.</li><li>
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are a plus.</li></ul>
