H&amp;C Animal Health is hiring a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will provide strategic direction and execution for H&amp;C brands. This position requires strong decision-making and collaboration skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects while meeting deadlines. This role balances brand-building (60%) and performance marketing (40%), driving both long-term brand equity and near-term commercial results.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Responsible for developing brand strategies, developing long-term brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using various data to drive volume and profitability.</li>
<li>Lead brand commercialization from inception to in-market execution and activation, including positioning, packaging, media, creative development, and agency management</li>
<li>Identify market opportunities, research, and analyze consumer behavior, relevant industry trends, market needs, and new and unique opportunities for business growth</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional team on pricing, forecast, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain</li>
<li>Partner with the sales team to grow relationships and collaboratively develop programs that drive sales and cohesive messaging</li>
<li>Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content</li>
<li>Manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, SEO)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports</li><li>Plan and execute events, trade shows, or webinars</li><li>Support product launches and promotions</li><li>Develop goals and measure ROI against key marketing programs and campaigns</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualification Required</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of applicable CPG experience (or comparable experience)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of regulated industries</li>
<li>Ability to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution</li>
<li>Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, as well as Google Analytics, CRM</li>
<li>Project Management Experience</li>

Pay range and compensation package</b><br>
This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental and vision coverage, life and short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, 401K participation and company match, and more. The pay range for the position is $90,000-$125,000 based on experience.</div><div></div><div><br>
