Job Overview:

Responsible for processing customer MICAPs and Demand Processing requests.</li><li>

Responsibilities:
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties:</b></h3><ul><li>
Manage and maintain supply, repair cycle, and asset management programs in accordance with applicable AFI 23-101, DOD, Air Force, MAJCOM, and local directives.</li><li>
Monitor and process requisitions, cancellations, status updates, and shipment tracing using authorized supply systems and reports.</li><li>
Maintain and track all Due-In From Maintenance (DIFM), repair cycle, turnaround (TRN), supply point, and depot level requisitions to ensure proper accountability and timely processing.</li><li>
Process and monitor priority requests, MICAP requirements, warehouse pulls, and high-priority maintenance support actions within required timeframes.</li><li>
Review, analyze, and update supply system records including item record changes, indicative changes, excess exception codes, deletes, and local manufacture requests.</li><li>
Manage Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR), Joint Deficiency Reports (JDRS), Product Quality Deficiency Reports, and related documentation, ensuring proper research, suspense tracking, and disposition actions as needed.</li><li>
Maintain suspense logs, tracking reports, and required listings to ensure accurate accountability of all assets, shipments, and repair cycle items.</li><li>
Perform research and corrective actions for rejected, overdue, delayed, or lost shipments using system reports, stock control pages, and authorized tracking systems.</li><li>
Process turn-ins, receipts, issues, substitutions, interchangeable items, and excess property in accordance with governing instructions.</li><li>
Maintain and manage supply point assets, inventories, repair cycle listings, warehouse locations, and surveillance reports.</li><li>
Conduct required inventories, reconciliations, validations, and semi-annual or quarterly reviews as required by regulation or local policy.</li><li>
Provide customer support and technical assistance regarding supply procedures, turn-in requirements, repair cycle status, and stock availability.</li><li>
Support degraded operations and manual processing procedures when automated systems are unavailable.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and submit required reports including SITREP data, service summaries, CPAR data, emergency management reports, and other required documentation.</li><li>
Maintain official files, master file plans, appointment letters, and program documentation in accordance with records management requirements.</li><li>
Serve in appointed program monitor roles as assigned (examples: DIFM Monitor, TCTO Monitor, Time Change Monitor, Turnaround Manager, Reusable Container Program, Facility Manager, Limited Inspector, UCC/EM, etc.).</li><li>
Attend required meetings, briefings, inventories, inspections, and program reviews as directed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, and hazardous material handling requirements.</li><li>

Responsible for the issue and receipt of all Government-owned support equipment maintained in this Annex in accordance with all Government rules, regulations, and directives.</div>
Responsibilities:

Essential Duties &amp; Job Functions:</b></div><ul><li>
Issues and receives Government-owned support equipment for all activities aboard NAS Fallon in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series and any local instructions.
</li><li>Performs joint pre-/post-operational inspections of equipment using appropriate cards and instructions. Services equipment as necessary with fuel, oil, and coolants.
</li><li>Performs minor equipment troubleshooting/repair. Identifies major discrepancies and initiates deficiency form on U.S. Navy NALCOMIS VIDS/MAFs or F-35 ALIS documentation for required maintenance actions.</li><li>
Ensures all equipment is clean, FOD-free, and fully serviced in accordance with local instructions.</li><li>
Maintains segregation of RFI and non-RFI equipment in designated parking areas, to ensure equipment does not become intermingled.</li><li>
Ensures parking areas are FOD free.</li><li>
Prepares, maintains, and submits misuse and abuse reports as required. Keeps lead mechanic and manager fully informed as to any trends associated with misuse and abuse of equipment or any pending equipment shortages.</li><li>
Maintains accurate and timely records of all transactions associated with equipment location and sub-custody at all times.</li><li>
Maintains central tool room and individual toolboxes in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series and local instructions.
</li><li>Monitor&rsquo;s calibration program requirements for all assigned tools and equipment ensuring calibration cycles are strictly enforced in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Series and local instructions.
</li><li>Assists Production Control Clerk/MDS Specialist and makes input and updates to U.S. Navy NALCOMIS, OOMA, and F-35 ALIS maintenance data base programs.
</li><li>Prepares daily production reports as assigned.</li><li>
Required to carry GSE duty-phone as assigned by manager and to respond to on-call situation within one hour to issue and receive equipment.</li><li>
