Job Overview Chun Yang Tea is an international bubble tea franchise expanding into Austin, TX! The bobarista will work in a fast-paced environment, craft delicious bubble tea beverages, manage transactions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. If you love working with people, have a knack for food and beverage prep, and thrive in a lively setting, this is the perfect opportunity to shine!Applicants must reside in the greater Austin area.Starting pay is $15 per hour with opportunity to increase wage and promote!Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of blended slush drinks</li><li>Ensure ample inventory of ingredients for baristas</li><li>Cut, prep and cook: tea, fruits and toppings</li><li>Operate opening/closing procedures</li><li>Operate POS system and handle transactions</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>No kitchen prep or barista experience required</li><li>1+ year transaction handling &amp; customer service experience</li><li>Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin preferred</li><li>Familiarity with bubble tea preparation and caf&eacute; operations</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling regulations, and serving standards</li><li>Basic math skills for transaction processing and drink making</li></ul>We&rsquo;re dedicated to supporting your growth while delivering top-tier bubble tea experiences.
