We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the industry, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff to achieve hotel goals.</p>

<ul><li>Assist in managing daily operations, including staffing, and inventory</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li><b>Guest assistance</b>: Helping guests and resolving guest issues</li>
<li><b>Staff supervision</b>: Overseeing hotel staff and ensuring they perform their duties well</li>
<li><b>Phone answering</b>: Answering phones</li>
<li><b>Budgeting</b>: Assisting the general manager with monitoring budgets, expenses, and revenue streams</li>
<li><b>Guest relations</b>: Handling guest relations and addressing guest concerns</li>
<li><b>Customer support</b>: Providing customer support in escalated situations</li>
<li>Implement effective inventory measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste and by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health, safety, and brand standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li>
<li>Experience in recruiting and training staff is a plus.</li>
<li>Must have Choice experience.</li>
</ul>
